The pricing of our Home Staging packages varies based on the size of your home, listing price and other important factors. All starting packages include the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, and dining room. Accessory packages are available and additional rooms may be added.

OCCUPIED STAGING
You don’t need to move out of your home to stage it!
Our Occupied Staging packages include a staging consultation where we walk through your home, “shop” your current furnishings and accessories, and make note of what is needed to make your home stand out. We know moving is stressful, so we will handle the staging while keeping your family’s needs in mind by selecting meaningful accessories and furniture if needed. A custom proposal will be provided after the initial consultation.
WALK & TALK CONSULTATION
(3-8 HOURS)
- One of our designers walks through the home with the client creating a list of suggestions to best prepare the space for the market.
- Discuss remedies to boost the homes best features and evaluate the home’s highlight/possible trouble spots.
- Simplifying the space
- Removing any excess furniture and personal items that could distract potential buyers from envisioning their future home

HANDS ON CONSULTATION

HOME STYLING & REDESIGN
Ready to redesign and refresh your home? Whether it’s a room or two, or an entire home, we offer consultation packages to come alongside you and create the space of your dreams. Every home styling package includes a 1-hour consultation to discuss budget, timeline, goals, and ask any questions regarding the process.
With this service, you will receive:
- Custom style boards showing the theme and design of your future space
- Product list with shoppable links to each item included in the style board.
- Assistance with purchasing styling and edits.

Our team stages your property with towels, table settings, and all the small details that count, and we work together with the photographer to ensure your home looks exceptional in photos.

SHORT-TERM RENTAL (AIRBNB) E-DESIGN
Looking to freshen up your space without the costly price tag that can come with the in-person design process?
The e-design process:
- To get a sense for your space, style, budget, and goals, we will first gather some information from you via a questionnaire.
- After receiving your questionnaire, we can chat via phone or email (whichever you prefer!), so we can further discuss the vision for your space.
- Once those details are nailed down, the fun begins! I will curate a digital design board tailored to your personal style and specifications, and then have you provide feedback on what you love or don’t. I’ll revise your design board, as needed, and then include the full list of recommended shopping links for furniture and decor items.
- Once you receive your final design board, you can purchase and install everything at your own pace, allowing you to truly craft your space.
